If you are one of the millions of Apple fanatics and tech geeks who are curiously waiting for the release of Apple's most anticipated baby, then this iPhone 5 review might serve as an appetizer to iPhone's 5th generation launching. Different blogs and articles on iPhone 5 review have spread all over the Internet-each proving how prominent this phone is despite the birth of its contemporaries and each giving you a hint that the next generation of iPhone will make another milestone in this modern world. But you may probably ask if this 5th generation of iPhone is still practical to chase after. Well, in this iPhone 5 review, you may just find out that the new generation of iPhone can bear plenty of reasons why it is great to spend on a high end phone.

Capacity

One reliable fact about the iPhone 5 is that it is certain to have a larger storage capacity. With the introduction of A5 processor, Apple will have to upgrade their phone one notch up enough to go with the processor. IPhone 5 is believed to have a dual core processor that will speed up its loading and ease multitasking. It will also use a 4G network that is great for video chatting.

Imaging

While you can observe that capacity details are consistent on every iPhone 5 review; imaging, however, is another story. You can still find some variations on issues about the built in camera which was said to range from 8 up to 12 megapixels. Though, it is certain that to match a higher resolution, iPhone 5 will be out with a graphic chip that can provide better image and video quality, allowing tech geeks to view films in full HD.

Style

The look, of course, is something people can't wait to see. Some suggest that it may come in a thinner and lighter form and it is also expected to come with a larger screen to offer the best of experiencing full HD videos. Speaking of videos, iPhone 5 will also provide a crisper sound quality, in favor to the music lovers.

Durability

On top of these specs, what makes most fanatics more interested in iPhone 5 are the speculations that you can get from every iPhone 5 review--it is designed to last longer. Aside from having a stronger signal, it will also come in a tougher screen-scratch free, shatter proof and drop resistant. The features are also designed along with a longer battery life. Plus, it will also have a facial recognition feature to keep your phone files private and it also has a built in GPS that need not to be installed.

From summarizing every iPhone 5 review, you will surely be able to get the gist of having a 5th generation iPhone-having a worth spending quality phone. As this iPhone 5 review suggested earlier, the new iPhone will be worth chasing as this is designed for techies who are after a durable, stylish, high end phone that is, still, practical to have.

iPhone 5 Price and Specifications

07/26/2011

It's currently July 2011 and so far no new iPhone has been released this year. As most of you may know, normally Apple announces or releases their new iPhone in June of each year (except for the iPhone 2G). As each year continues, more and more inside information is leaked by the various manufacturers and I'll go over some of that inside information in this article including expectations for the iPhone 5 price and specifications.

First of all, will it be the iPhone 5 or the iPhone 4S? This could go either way but I'm leaning more toward the 4S and this is why. Normally a new model number, such as the iPhone 4 from the iPhone 3GS includes a complete overhaul, including of the body style. No new case or body pictures have leaked out as they have over the past few years which would make me believe that the body style will stay the same, therefore leaning toward the 4S. The only thing that would make me lean the other way is that iOS 5 is expected to be released in the fall, around the same time that the new iPhone is expected to be released. iOS 5 and iPhone 5 do make a great pair, but the naming of iOS could just be because it does have a large list of new features. Either way, I will refer to the new device as the iPhone 5 throughout this article since that is what a majority of the public is referring to the new iPhone as.

One thing that can almost be certain is that the new version of the iPhone will include 4G capability. Some may expect 4G to affect the iPhone 5 price but overall, that hasn't been seen with other manufacturer's devices. What version of 4G that the iPhone 5 would use is another question though. Since AT&T Wireless is currently pushing their HSPA+ as their 4G with trials of LTE running or preparing to run in some areas, I would expect the GSM version of the iPhone to have HSPA+ 4G as Apple has never taken the chance of putting in a feature (4G LTE) when it isn't guaranteed to work. On another note, it's expected that a GSM/CDMA combination chip will be in the phone meaning that Apple can produce one phone and sell it on both networks which would help reduce the iPhone 5 price.

How about the speed of the phone? Every newer version of the iPhone has been faster than the previous and with the new A5 chip out, I definitely agree with the rumors that the newer iPhone will be the fastest of them all, most likely blowing away all previous versions. 1GHZ dual-core maybe? With the current price of the A5 chip, it is definitely possible that it could be in there and wouldn't change the iPhone 5 price at all.

Currently the screen size seems to be up in the air. A majority of the sources say that it will include a 3.7" screen, up from the 3.5" screen of the iPhone 4, but another group says that it could include a 4" screen. I don't believe the screen would go bigger than the 4 inches because that would be a major jump in the screen size and would most likely lead to an all-around new design of the phone which could affect the iPhone 5 price in production. 4 inches is still a fairly big jump when we're talking about cell phones, so I will agree that it will change to 3.7" IF it changes at all. With Gorilla Glass becoming more and more popular on smartphones nowadays, I believe that Apple could lock in a great deal for a larger screen size without it affecting the iPhone 5 price at all.

How about those cameras? The iPhone 4 has a 5MP rear-facing camera and a VGA front-facing camera which are both outdated to say the very least. Both cameras were beginning to be outdated when the phone was released. With 8MP rear and 1.3MP front becoming a norm on most new smartphones, I expect that Apple will stay with that norm and won't push to exceed it at all.

Pricing pricing pricing, that is the question! No major pricing changes have been made over the years when a newer iPhone is released so I expect it to be the same this year. With sales soaring at their current sale prices, I don't see them lowering the iPhone 5 price to get more sales and I don't see them raising the price because of the risk of losing customers. I expect the 3GS (on AT&T) to be stopped altogether, the iPhone 4 16GB and 32GB models to sell for $100 less ($99 and $199 respectively), and the iPhone 4S/5 to sell for $199 in the 16GB form or $299 in the 32GB form. Any diehard Apple fan will definitely jump all over the $199 or $299 iPhone 5 price for a new phone and anyone else who just wants to jump on the bandwagon is going to definitely pay $99 for the iPhone 4 which is still an amazing phone, especially at that price.

I hope this article helped give you an idea of what to expect with the new iPhone 5 price and specifications and as always, I wish you good luck with your future purchases!
